Don't ask me to draw in a different style. Please don’t commission me because you can't order art from your favorite artist, commission me because you like my artwork and my own style

When you provide a reference of your character with a color palette section, it can happen that I will slightly change the colors / tones to make it suit my style. Those are never big changes, but if you want me to strictly go with the colors on the palette, please say so when you order a commission

As an artist, my art is constantly improving and I'm learning. It can happen that the artwork you will receive has slight changes to the ones you saw in my gallery. However, those changes won't be big, and it can be things like the way I lineart, a different method for coloring, or improved in anatomy. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not commission me

Be sure to always tell me exactly what you want to prevent any dissatisfaction. This commission is for you, and you are not hurting my feelings by giving feedback.

By purchasing any of my services you automatically accept my Terms of Service, and you are obligated to follow them. At the same time, you're promising you won't request a Paypal chargeback

If you order a commission for commercial use, the commission price is double the price of the original price.

The artworks I draw for clients can’t be used by them or their partners in training an AI.

Payments will only be accepted in USD, unless I give you other instructions

I will not start working on your commission until I receive full payment. However, if you have specific requests you can discuss with me.

I will request payment to your Paypal address instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions / fees. If you're paying with DeviantArt points, I will create a widget for you to pay, so I can convert into money that goes to my paypal account.

I expect payment to be received within the next 48 hours after your commission order. In case you're not able to pay in time, make sure to let me know first so we can discuss things, otherwise you might lose your slot

Once I have all the details for your order and the payment has been received, I will add you to my To Do List. If you wish, I will show you my To Do List and keep you updated.

Do not send me any payment until I have accepted your commission and requested you to pay

Post / Display the picture anywhere on my social media etc. to promote myself. Of course I will always give you proper credits as the owner of the characters or the project, unless stated otherwise

Change, modify or use my works for anything we haven't discussed when you ordered the commission

Take credit for my artwork and claim it as yours. Please always credit me!

I will always work as hard as I can and provide service as fast as possible. Still, keep in mind that I also have a life outside of art and that I am not a machine, so please be patient and don't rush me

If you commission me you agree that you have to wait at least 1 month for your artwork to be finished before you contact me about it. Commissions are mostly done in 3-4 weeks

The most you'll have to wait for your commission to be finished is 3 months. This is not common, but it can happen if I am very busy or if something unusual happens. However, I will always stay in touch with you

You are allowed to give me a deadline for when you need your commission to be finished by. If you have one, please state it somewhere in your order. However, an extra fee will be charged if I already have a lot of commissioners waiting for their product or if the deadline is soon

If there will be a big delay with the commission, I will always contact you

If your commission includes a character design or the reference is very unclear, I will send you a WIP (Work in Progress) before I will start with lineart and coloring, to prevent and misunderstandings and to make sure, you're alright with the product so far

You are always allowed to request WIPs once your order has been accepted

Once I finish your commission, you are allowed to request small changes such as color adjustments or adding small details that I may have forgotten to add

If your reference was unclear to begin with, then you're not allowed to ask me for minor changes without a fee. Please make sure to be clear in your order from the very beginning and tell me what you want

As the artist, I can refund 100% of the Payment only if I have not started to work on the sketch.

You have no right to cancel a commission or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If you do not have the money for a luxury as art, then please do not buy it. I may consider a refund if there is a really good reason such as sudden financial issues

If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, you will lose every right to every single artwork I ever created for you and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be putten on my Blacklist and you won't be allowed to purchase any commissions or adoptables (etc.) from me. Your name and information will be publicly posted to warn other artists.

By purchasing a design from me, premade or custom, you agree to these Terms of Service

I am not responsible if the customer fails to read my Terms of Service provided

As the designer, I will always have all rights to the design, the original artwork, and the right to promote myself using the original artwork. Example: Social media posts, prints, artbooks and events

As a customer, you may give the design a name, personality, story, etc. for your personal use. You're allowed to alter the design, such as changing hair or eye color etc.

You may convert my design to a closed species if granted permission by me and the species owner

You may resell my designs for equal to what you originally paid

You may trade my designs for other designs

You are allowed to gift my designs to other people

Co-Ownerships are allowed as long as both parties payed 50/50

If you resell or trade my design, please contact me and tell me who the new owner is so fraud and scamming can be prevented

You pay, I'll draw. If you're uncomfortable with that, please talk to me about it and we can come to an agreement

Commercial Use commissions are double the price of a normal commission

If you request to be on my waitlist, please be sure to have the money ready! It makes both of us uncomfortable when I contact you a few weeks later to discuss a commission and you're not able to afford it / you no longer have the interest. Please be sure about this. If you back out too often, I won't put you on my waitlist anymore!
